Patients admitted to the Holy Family Hospital inpatient rehabilitation unit for stroke rehabilitation may have post-stroke shoulder pain on their affected side, which affects their ability to participate in rehabilitation, and may also lead to long-term negative consequences. The aim of this project is to reduce shoulder pain in post-stroke patients from admission to discharge from Holy Family Hospital.
